The hotel's location is perfect - right on the lake shore with a beautiful view. It is also conveniently close to the city center, just a short walk away. The cleanliness of the room was impressive and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist in English.

It was our third day (Monday) in the hotel when we were asked for the first time if we wish the room to be cleaned. I'm not saying our room needed cleaning - we would have asked. I'm saying in a hotel of this class it is customary that rooms are cleaned every day without request.

Its a very nice small hotel. Looks like it was built not long ago. I suppose its worth the money

Reataurant prices are a little expensive in comparison with the prices in other city's bars and cafes.

The hotel was in a great location, close to the water and within walking distance of the city center. The view of the lake was absolutely stunning. The staff was friendly and always ready to help with any questions. The room was clean and comfortable, offering a cozy atmosphere during our Christmas stay. the free WiFi provided was a great bonus.

One aspect that could be improved was the availability of foreign TV channels. It would have been nice to have at least one option for non-Russian speakers.

The hotel had a lovely location by a lake. the view of the sunset was beautiful and the free bikes were a nice touch. the service was also very good.

The room was not very comfortable and the bed was of poor quality. the breakfast was also very poor and lacked variety.

Duplex suite- very nice and big. Clean not big choice for breakfast, but good food parking near the lake

Single rooms- very very small!

It was clean and quiet

Bar activity was not satisfactory, I mean breakfast service. We ordered extra juice, but billed to drink coffee. And this was done for two with breakfast.
